The DC Journalism Networking Group is hosting John Noble, the Director of Career Counseling at Williams on Tuesday, May 9 for a discussion on a number of new initiatives launched by him since he took over OCC last summer.
I can tell you from experience that John is an entertaining as well informative speaker who uses slides to introduce what he calls his Route 2 Program. It includes plans for linking alumni career groups with students on campus plus a new winter study program to link student apprentices with alumni in various career fields.

BIO
John Noble has 16 years experience in directing and redesigning career service operations at Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government and at Duke University. In both places he engineered the turnaround of career services operations.
John is the author/editor of 10 books and numerous articles on careers and job hunting. He is also a leader in designing and developing online service technologies.
He is a 1975 graduate of Harvard University and has an M.S. degree in education from Bank Street College ? 1980.
